Tennis or Golfer Elbow (Epicondylitis)
A common cause of elbow pain is often a result of repetitive movements. “Tennis Elbow” affects the outer elbow, and “Golfer Elbow” affects the inner elbow. Known by the medical terms lateral epicondylitis and medial epicondylitis, both are conditions of tendonitis, inflammation of the tendons that attach forearm muscles to the bones. The pain can radiate down the forearm to the wrist, hand and fingers. Our therapists can relieve the pain of this and other forms of tendonitis as well as offer guidance to continue healing and avoid recurrences.
